By submitting the registration form, the parent/guardian of the child in question agrees to these Terms & Conditions:
Refund & cancellation policy:
For cancellations within 2 weeks of the event, neither the deposit nor any additional payments will be refundable.
In the event of illness or injury causing cancellation, a refund will be given with presentation of a medical certificate (minus $20 admin fee)
- I agree that while all care is taken in terms of safety, my child participates in this event at their own risk. I understand that handling horses can be a dangerous activity and that horses can act in sudden and unpredictable ways.
- My child will present wearing appropriate (closed) footwear. If they do not then the organisers reserve the right to prevent them from interacting with the horses for safety reasons.
- I will notify the organiser of any relevant medical issues my child has, in case of emergency.
